Refund policy

Even the most careful traveler may find that an item isn't quite the right fit for them. Worry not, returns are accepted with grace.

➡️Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging (including any tags or lore scrolls included).

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, contact us by e-mail at alchemist@yggdrasil-life.shop or use this contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide the return address and guidance.

💰 Refunds

Once your returned relic arrives and passes inspection by the Archivists, a full refund of the product cost will be issued to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are usually processed within 3 ~ 5 business days of receiving the item.

Please note:
We can’t refund items that arrive used, damaged from improper packing, or past the 30-day return window.

Need a different enchantment? Reach out and we’ll help find a better fit. At this time, we only offer returns and re-orders, not direct exchanges.

 

💔Damaged in Transit?

While we ship everything in a sturdy box or letters, things can still happen. Should your parcel arrive damaged or crushed (curses are not covered!), contact us right away with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll set things right.
