When you make a purchase from this Shop, you are entering into a binding contract between you (the Buyer) and Yggdrasil Item Shop (the Seller). These terms govern that agreement.

You affirm that you're of legal age or have permission from a guardian to use our Services. You're responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.

2. Items & Descriptions

We do our best to accurately represent each enchanted trinket with descriptions, images, and details. Due to the handmade nature of many items, slight variations may occur. Colors may appear differently depending on your viewing crystal (a.k.a. screen).

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may be updated without notice. Payment is due at checkout via the available payment portals. Taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer and not charged through this shop.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Items may ship from either Oregon, USA or Brazil, depending on stock and type. Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout, but delays can happen due to weather, dragons, or customs.

International Orders: Customs fees, import taxes, or other duties may apply depending on your country's laws. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we may open a proper return gate.

6. Magical Disclaimer

Some items contain fantasy elements such as fairies in bottles, magical girl hairpins, or relics with lore. While they are not guaranteed to summon spirits, enhance charisma, or glow in the moonlight, we hope they make your day a little more enchanted.

Yggdrasil Item Shop is not responsible for misuse of magical items or unsupervised fae. Magical descriptions and lore meant for entertainment purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Shop shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use (or misuse) of our items.

8. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including if stock is unavailable or if we detect suspicious activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs and lore, is the property of Yggdrasil Item Shop or licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

10. Waiver and Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept them. Material changes will be announced as required by law.
